Location: Awesome headquarters in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote), super cool hubs in Kaunas (onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role), Klaipėda, and Riga!

Salary: 4000-5000 EUR/month

What you will do

• Own and scale multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, GDN, Demand Gen) and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to achieve the highest goals.
• Collaborate with cross – functional creative teams to find the most performing Google Ads creatives and communication directions.
• Conduct deep-dive market, customer, and competitor research to discover new growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
• Experiment, test, and scale new strategies across channels – from app installs to full-funnel conversion tactics.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max (PMax).
• Be confident using Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and understand performance tracking best practices.
• Combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, especially when it comes to ad creatives and messaging.
• Be able to plan, prioritize, and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
• Embrace experimentation and be unafraid of failure when testing new strategies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Lithuanian, in written and verbal formats.
