Senior Product Manager (EdTech): Leading a cross-functional Scrum team for web and app development with an accent on data-driven product development, A/B testing, and UX improvements. Focus on building impactful roadmaps, prioritizing business goals, and collaborating with design, engineering, growth, marketing, and sales teams.

Location: Remote-first company (100% remote work possible) or modern office spaces in Cologne and Berlin. Working from abroad for up to 3 months per year within the European Economic Area.

What you will do

  • Lead a cross-functional Scrum team for web and app development.
  • Establish a framework for data-driven product development and make insights accessible.
  • Plan and manage experiments (A/B tests) and derive actions for UX and growth.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility from discovery to delivery, measuring KPIs.
  • Build an impactful roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering (FE/BE/QA), Growth, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management for digital consumer products, ideally in an EdTech environment.
  • Proficient in Scrum/Agile with experience working with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Combine a user perspective with analytics, experimentation, and clear KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritize and remain proactive in dynamic situations.
  • Fundamental understanding of technical concepts (web/app, APIs, data flows).
  • Excellent English skills are required; German language skills are a plus.
