What you will do
- Actively attract and manage investors, demonstrating the value proposition of the TREA product and the broader hirify.global ecosystem.
- Identify client needs, build trusted relationships, and provide personalized support at every stage of the client journey.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and strategic partners to promote the product and expand market reach.
- Explain the benefits of TREA in clear, accessible language, addressing concerns related to liquidity, taxation, and licensing.
- Work closely with marketing, product, technical support, and other teams to enhance the competitiveness and market fit of the offering.
- Maintain the client database, analyze the sales funnel, and contribute insights for improving the product and sales processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, private banking, or investment products.
- Solid understanding of investment principles, real estate, or fintech (experience in the UAE is a strong advantage).
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear terms.
- Strong negotiation skills, client communication abilities, and a track record of building trust-based relationships.
- Experience working with CRM systems and basic analytical tools.
- English proficiency level: C1 or above. Arabic is a plus.
