Location: Onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role requires embedding with enterprise customers and working directly with client teams.

What you will do

• Ingest and configure client's Digital Twins and marketing assets into the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Define and codify the logic for content adaptation, building pipelines that combine 3D renders, 2D layers, and AI elements.
• Translate client's visual identity into algorithmic rules for automated art direction.
• Work with client's Marketing Ops and Creative Directors, restructuring data and writing tools for automation.
• Prototype fixes for complex scenarios and feed requirements back to the Core Engineering team.
• Capture and document data, logic patterns, and tooling to formalize best practices for hirify.global deployments.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python or Javascript/Typescript for writing automation scripts and configuring JSON/YAML logic.
• Comfortable with APIs, CSVs, and structuring product data (PIM/DAM integration).
• Builder mentality: prototyping, testing, and iterating without waiting for perfect requirements.
• Creative empathy: ability to explain technical constraints to Creative Directors while respecting visual needs.
• Customer-facing confidence: able to explain technical trade-offs to both engineers and executives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the concepts of CGI & 3D Pipelines.
• Pattern recognition for automating manual Photoshop processes into programmatic logic.
