Location: Hybrid, based in Kraków, Poland

Salary: 216,000–324,000 PLN annually

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for the Permissions Platform team.
• Utilize deep user, market, competitive knowledge and data to articulate a clear long-term product vision.
• Lead research and proposals to drive build/buy/partner decisions.
• Engage in exploratory technical design that validates hypotheses and proposed solutions.
• Manage thoughtful scoping and prioritization while motivating through conflict and change.
• Represent hirify.global at industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management at a technology company.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a Math related discipline.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience conducting discovery and usability testing to gather customer feedback.
• Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health.
• Excellent communications, facilitation, and analysis skills coupled with strong business and technical acumen.

Nice to have

• 2 years of related experience working within a cloud or API-focused environment.
• Experience in building data integrations and visualization to enable business and operational decisions.
• History of working with OKRs (or other outcome-based frameworks).
