Support Engineer (SaaS)

Support Engineer (SaaS): Helping customers and internal teams with technical issues related to hirify.global products, investigating data problems, and providing timely solutions with an accent on technical issue resolution, data analysis, and scripting for onboarding. Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France. Candidates are required to work from the brand new offices in the center of Paris (7 rue de Madrid).

hirify.global is a product company that builds and scales technologies to help large websites improve visibility in Search Engines or AI search results, processing vast amounts of data daily with a hybrid architecture.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for hirify.global products (LogAnalyzer, RealKeywords, SiteCrawler, SpeedWorkers, PageWorkers).
• Investigate and resolve issues where data is not correctly provided or reports are faulty.
• Set up technical onboarding for customers, involving scripting.
• Investigate technical feedback and issues from customers and escalate them to Engineering while keeping customers informed.
• Proactively monitor customer workflows within the application and act as Incident Commander for large incidents.
• Contribute to internal projects focused on improving processes and tooling.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Application Support experience within a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background in Linux, Python, web, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Jira.
• French and English proficiency are mandatory.
