What you will do
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for hirify.global products (LogAnalyzer, RealKeywords, SiteCrawler, SpeedWorkers, PageWorkers).
- Investigate and resolve issues where data is not correctly provided or reports are faulty.
- Set up technical onboarding for customers, involving scripting.
- Investigate technical feedback and issues from customers and escalate them to Engineering while keeping customers informed.
- Proactively monitor customer workflows within the application and act as Incident Commander for large incidents.
- Contribute to internal projects focused on improving processes and tooling.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Application Support experience within a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical background in Linux, Python, web, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and BigQuery.
- Familiarity with GitHub and Jira.
- French and English proficiency are mandatory.
