What you will do

• Own client financial management (budget, actuals, accruals, rolling forecast).
• Act as the main escalation point for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate resource allocation aligned with AMS Tribe Lead.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Interface with global AMS teams, sales, and suppliers.
• Drive process improvements within the AMS organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years in SAP AMS delivery or similar roles.
• Strong financial management and governance skills.
• Proven track record in managing large international clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
