Salary: €85,000–€100,000 annually. Offers Equity and Bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the development of predictive models, especially for Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), to identify high-value user segments.
• Own the design and analysis of A/B tests and observational causal methods to understand user behavior and measure impact.
• Partner with business leaders, including the CEO and marketing managers, to frame complex business challenges and influence strategic decision-making.
• Engage in projects improving attribution models and fraud prevention, and provide data-driven recommendations for product features.
• Utilize SQL and Python skills to conduct sophisticated data analysis and build robust analytical models.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (typically 4+ years) in a data science or advanced analytics role, focusing on business performance and growth metrics.
• Proven expertise in predictive modeling (LTV), user segmentation, and experimentation design (A/B testing, causal methods).
• Exceptional proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and analysis.
• Experience collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to simplify complex data requests into actionable solutions.
• Must work 5 days a week onsite in Berlin.
