TL;DR

Director Of Performance Enablement: Drive performance improvements at all levels of the business by designing and executing a cross-functional enablement strategy. Focus on building onboarding programs, developing skills, and measuring the impact of enablement initiatives.

Location: Hybrid culture with options to go in to an office in one of hirify.global's hubs

Salary: up to $120,000

What you will do

  • Design and implement a unified enablement strategy that elevates performance across all departments.
  • Build scalable, role specific onboarding programs that accelerate time to performance across all teams.
  • Develop and maintain a centralised knowledge ecosystem that enables on-demand learning and performance support.
  • Lead enablement for product releases, ensuring teams can confidently position, support, and use new features.
  • Build programs that develop core competencies and functional excellence.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs and optimise based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enablement, performance improvement, learning & development, or GTM operations, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable performance improvements across multiple functions.
  • Deep experience building onboarding, product enablement, and skills development programs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute, iterate, and adapt quickly.
  • Experience partnering with both go-to-market and technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Background in coaching, instructional design, or performance consulting.
