What you will do

• Manage social media conversathirify.globalns for clients, responding to reviews and questhirify.globalns.
• Turn customer complaints into compliments and respond enthusiastically to positive feedback.
• Provide answers to customer questhirify.globalns, regardless of complexity.
• Work flexibly for at least 6 hours per week, specifying your availability in advance.
• Collaborate with a team of experts and leverage internal platforms for support.

Requirements

• Must be a college/university student available for at least 6 hours per week.
• Available long-term, including during school vacathirify.globalns and the upcoming year.
• Proficient in Dutch and French, and comfortable with English.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to work during the day, evenings, or weekends.
