Location: This is a hybrid position (within the Netherlands), where you will be working for our Amsterdam office. Also, we can only hire people who live in the Netherlands/are open to moving to the Netherlands and hold a Dutch citizen service number (BSN)

What you will do
- Serve as the lead point of contact for your customers.
- Engage with existing customers through high velocity outbound prospecting to up-sell, renew and cross sell.
- Keep track of upsell opportunities through a defined sales process within Salesforce.com to achieve and surpass your monthly targets.
- Coach merchants to grow their business by providing tailored and structured recommendations to achieve those goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize the growth of your book of business.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to identify accounts at risk and prevent churn.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working in a high velocity B2B (SMB) environment.
- Excellent telephone manner, experience selling over the phone.
- Strong presentation skills and high interest in tech.
- You’re a fluent Dutch speaker and speak English on a fluent level.
- An understanding of the health and fitness industry.
