Salary: $205,000–$272,727 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing data science team focused on marketplace quality and search experiences.
- Define success metrics and analytical standards for improving therapist ranking and matching systems.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to influence roadmap decisions and drive improvements in match quality.
- Guide analysis and modeling efforts, providing hands-on review and technical leadership.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a quantitative role within fast-paced consumer technology environments, including experience leading data science teams.
- Strong background in applied machine learning and experimentation in ranking, relevance, personalization, or matching problems.
- Fluent in SQL and Python, with the ability to set technical direction and perform complex analyses.
- Proven track record of partnering with Product and Engineering to influence strategy and execution through data and communication.
- Motivated by improving access to mental health care and energized by owning ambiguous, high-impact problems.
