What you will do

• Design and recommend comprehensive energy strategies for hyperscale AI and Cloud data centres, including grid integration, on-site generation, and renewable energy.
• Develop multiple scenario-based energy plans, evaluating technical, economic, regulatory, and sustainability impacts.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies, providing actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Conduct detailed risk assessment and cost-benefit analyses for all proposed energy solutions.
• Engage with internal teams and external partners to identify and pilot cutting-edge energy technologies for data centers.
• Produce comprehensive reports, scenario analyses, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in energy strategy, large-scale data centre operations, or sustainability consulting, with a focus on scenario planning.
• Proven analytical expertise in developing multi-faceted strategies for hyperscale or cloud infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially for technical and business audiences in high-growth sectors.
• Project management experience delivering energy solutions for hyperscale, AI-driven, or Cloud data centre environments.
• Extensive knowledge of advanced energy technologies relevant to hyperscale data centres, including renewables, energy storage, and smart grid integration.
