What you will do
- Be the business owner for Professional Services, Architecture, and Training in the EMEA Benelux and Nordics region.
- Lead PS strategy, execution, and team development for rapid growth, aligning with EMEA and Global PS strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales/GTM and Tech GM Field Engineering to ensure regional success.
- Provide accurate forecasting for bookings, revenue, and team utilization, while managing the P&L.
- Drive consumption growth and make strategic investment decisions in collaboration with Sales and Partner teams.
- Establish and maintain executive relationships within A+ and Enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Consistent track record in a Customer Success, Customer Engineering, and/or Services leadership role, ideally during a significant build phase.
- Experience rapidly scaling a business, developing a clear strategy for growth across business and people development.
- Data and AI domain experience working with large customers to realize business value through production implementations.
- 10+ years of experience in senior customer-facing roles requiring influencing, validating, understanding, execution, and building trust.
- Leadership experience with the ability to enforce good budget, project, and team governance and drive delivery excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with wider GTM teams, focusing on consumption, revenue, and customer satisfaction as one team.
