Location: Working primarily from the Warsaw, Wrocław, or Kraków Dev Offices for a minimum of 10 days per month.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of new game and engine features, including performance and stability checks across different platforms.
• Develop, execute, and optimize advanced test cases, test suites, and test plans, both automated and manual.
• Collaborate with programmers, technical artists, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights to improve the quality of the game.
• Participate actively in risk assessments, strategy development, and process improvements within the QA domain.
• Create and refine reports using data and analytics tools to provide in-depth status updates and highlight trends that influence project decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience for Specialist and 5 years for Senior.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
• Ability to develop complex test strategies that encompass integration, stress, and performance testing.
• Experience in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to drive quality improvements.
• Fluency in English and a passion for gaming.

• Experience in programming, preferably in C++ and/or Python
