Salary: United States: $101,500 - $155,500 USD. Canada: $131,100 - $176,500 CAD.

What you will do
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast self-serve ARR.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data to assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses to uncover opportunities to drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and monetization.
- Set targets, track, and report on key self-serve KPIs, driving accountability and aligning initiatives with company goals.
- Take part in the annual planning process through topline target setting.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or a related field, ideally with high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS businesses with a product-led growth (PLG) / self-serve motion.
- Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to build, scale, and interpret models that drive decision-making.
- Solid understanding of self-serve and PLG business models, including customer acquisition funnels, expansion levers, retention, and customer cohorts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise insights.
- Valid right to work authorization for the country of employment is required.
Nice to have
- SQL, Python, time series modeling, or data analytics experience.
- Familiarity with key SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, CAC/LTV, and unit economics.
- Curiosity to dig into conversion funnel dynamics, product metrics, and customer behavior.
- Actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
