What you will do

• Design and build full-stack features from end-to-end, collaborating with product and design.
• Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions to raise engineering excellence.
• Work cross-functionally to solve user problems and deliver real value.
• Stay updated with tools and technologies, applying new skills when needed.
• Participate in the team's shared on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Strong product engineering mindset with technical rigor for system design.
• Full-stack fluency, comfortable across frontend and backend, with solid foundations in system design.
• Strong software engineering skills: clean abstractions, robust data modeling, sound architectural decisions, and scalability.
• Collaborative and clear communication skills, thriving in a team environment.
