What you will do

• Define and improve metrics for product performance and operations efficiency.
• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing, and modeling.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to enhance the data landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Python (pandas, visualization, ML packages).
• Understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and hypothesis testing.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with Spark.
• Experience with Metabase and/or Grafana.
