What you will do

• Develop and implement AI features and LLM-based components within the platform
• Build and improve AI agents and automation workflows
• Contribute to model fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt-engineering tasks
• Integrate AI services and APIs with existing system architecture
• Optimize performance of models, pipelines, and AI-driven functionalities
• Research and prototype new AI tools and approaches to enhance product capabilities

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or backend/software engineering with AI exposure
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or open-source models
• Understanding of NLP concepts, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
• Experience with building and integrating APIs
• English at B2 level or higher
