What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed cutover plans for ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA).
• Coordinate and lead cutover activities, including mock runs, dress rehearsals, and the final production cutover.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go decision checkpoints, ensuring all criteria are met for a successful transition.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve cutover issues, risks, and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee defect management, contingency planning, and rollback procedures to mitigate risks.
• Provide hypercare support post go-live, addressing issues and ensuring a smooth handover to operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in ERP cutover management, preferably within SAP environments (e.g., S/4HANA, EWM).
• Proven track record in leading cutover activities for large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO), data migration, system integration, and infrastructure requirements.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in ERP operations.
