What you will do

• Analyse and evaluate differences between global ERP templates and local/regional needs, providing recommendations for adaptation where necessary
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project stages to ensure successful implementation and operation of ERP solutions
• Ensure compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in all ERP-related activities
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system operations, acting as a key contact for issue resolution and user support

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, or related field
• Extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly in supporting MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), FI/CO (Finance & Controlling), and related business functions
• Experience with SAP environments (e.g., SAP EWM, S/4HANA) is highly desirable
• Understanding of compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in ERP operations
• Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and system operations
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
