What you will do

• Develop, manage, and maintain technical export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with global and local/regional requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate differences between global ERP templates and local/regional needs, providing recommendations for adaptation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project stages to ensure successful implementation and operation of ERP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in all ERP- and export-related activities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP and export system operations, acting as a key contact for issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain a digital library of technical documentation, implementing templates and procedures for consistent documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in ERP systems (especially SAP EWM, S/4HANA) and export documentation.
• Strong understanding of compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in ERP and export operations.
• Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and system operations.
• Experience in developing and managing technical documentation libraries.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and content management systems.
• Knowledge of export compliance, customs regulations, and international trade documentation.
• Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
• Fluent in English.
