What you will do
- Execute the complete Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process across all Banking and Trading Platforms.
- Take ownership of end-to-end setup for new users and initial platform configuration, managing documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive user access records, ensuring adherence to internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for login issues, providing troubleshooting and maintaining internal documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison for access-related inquiries with Third-Party Platform providers.
- Design and execute routine and ad-hoc internal audit controls over user access rights.
- Report Banking and Trading Platforms Incidents related to user access, security breaches, or system failures.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all devices used for accessing critical platforms.

- Previous experience working directly with the administration and configuration of banking, payment, or trading platforms.
- Practical experience with Google’s G Suite/Workspace productivity tools, JIRA, or other industry-standard ticketing and workflow management systems.
