TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Acquiring, retaining, and expanding strong-fit Partners by reaching out to them via telephone, virtual meetings, and email to introduce and onboard them onto the hirify.global platform with an accent on driving marketplace growth and increasing partner value. Focus on pitching the product, scheduling introduction calls, and ensuring complete partner setup and activation.

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Salary: €40,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Provide newly invited partners with a high-quality first interaction with the hirify.global platform.
  • Reach out to partners via telephone, virtual meetings, and email.
  • Pitch the product and schedule introduction calls for new partners.
  • Stay with partners until they are completely up and running on the platform.
  • Be instrumental in increasing the number of partners getting value from the platform.

Requirements

  • You can work from the Utrecht office at least 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
  • You are a competitive and self-motivated individual with strong career aspirations.
  • You are an effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • You have the desire to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • You speak and write Italian (professional level).
  • Your English is at a near-native level.
