Focus on strategic plan development, cultivating relationships with executive-level decision-makers, and managing complex sales cycles.

Location: Hybrid role based in the Netherlands

What you will do

  • Develop strategic plans to source and exceed sales goals within your assigned territory.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers and become a trusted advisor.
  • Generate specific opportunities, communicate with marketing/pre-sales, and effectively administer resources.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting to the Sales Manager.
  • Travel to customer locations and customer-focused events regularly.
  • Educate yourself to become an expert in SaaS products, CRM systems, and the product suite.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound/field executive SaaS software sales.
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales goals and managing complex sales cycles (60-90+ days) from business champion to C-level.
  • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills with line-of-business, procurement, and senior management.
  • Ability to project credibility with knowledge of customer service domain and cloud potential in enterprise.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch languages is a must.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
