Salary: $75,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HRBP for GTM + Strategy (Sales, Growth, Marketing).
• Partner with leaders to align People strategies with business needs.
• Manage complex team member relations and support development conversations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws, supporting Canada-specific compliance.
• Maintain accurate team member data in Workday and support compensation cycles.
• Collaborate with HRBPs across regions to ensure global consistency in practices and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
• Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of the US and Canadian labor and employment law and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
