Identity and Access Management Analyst (Cybersecurity): Managing and reporting on Identity and Access Management within Technology Services and Business teams, ensuring appropriate IAM controls, policies, and procedures are in place. Focus on performing access controls like user access reviews, provisioning/de-provisioning, and managing RBAC, along with developing IAM strategies and coordinating IT audits.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, London, or Bristol, UK (minimum 50% in office per month. New team members will have an initial period full-time in the office).

What you will do

• Provision access for joiners, movers, and leavers across the enterprise.
• Perform periodic access recertification and follow-up activities.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits related to access controls and IAM processes.
• Generate and analyse reports on access control activities, incidents, and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Continuously improve IAM processes and technologies to enhance security and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency with IAM tools and platforms including Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Azure AD, and basic PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of role-based (RBAC), attribute-based (ABAC), and discretionary access control (DAC).
• Strong grasp of information security principles and practices.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards such as GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Ability to analyse access control data, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve IAM incidents.
• English: B2 required.
