What you will do

  • Design new Live Ops experiences (e.g., in-game thematic player packs, missions, challenges) focusing on engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Configure Live Ops experiences using internal tools and apply learnings across different games.
  • Iterate on existing Live Ops based on analytics data to improve results.
  • Integrate new Live Ops initiatives seamlessly with game economy, design, and progression.
  • Collaborate with Product, Dev, Monetization, and Live Ops teams to develop continuous Live Ops.
  • Own and create high-impact content updates for live titles as a key member of the Live Ops team.
  • Present and articulate design visions, limitations, and rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Live Ops and Event design on mobile, preferably sports titles.
  • Strong knowledge of the mobile game space and current game design techniques for engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Experience across the product life-cycle, from prototyping to production and updating live free-to-play games.
  • Understanding and experience with reviewing game analytics to make data-informed design decisions.
  • Passion for video games, knowledge of industry trends, especially online components and Live Ops.
  • Drive, initiative, proactivity, and effective self-management with an organized approach.

  • High interest in sports, particularly football.
