What you will do

• Develop visual assets for internal communications (newsletters, all-hands slides, HR campaigns).
• Support Marketing and Pre-Sales teams with social creatives, case study layouts, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
• Create templates and maintain visual consistency across departments (HR, Sales, Marketing).
• Design print-ready materials: certificates, merchandise, event posters.
• Produce web assets: email banners, landing visuals, icons/illustrations.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, receive briefs, iterate based on feedback, and deliver final materials.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer (preferably in an IT or service company environment).
• Proven experience working with internal stakeholders — HR, Marketing, Sales / Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop; experience with Illustrator is required.
• Portfolio showing static and adaptive design assets (social media, banners, internal comms, one-pagers).
• Understanding of brand identity, typography, composition, and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
• Experience creating visual systems (icons, patterns, infographics) for both digital and print.
• Familiarity with print workflows and web assets.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs/tasks, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.
• English level: Intermediate+.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro.
