What you will do

• Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs for high-value accounts and segments.
• Build personalized customer journeys using insights, intent data, and buying signals across various platforms.
• Plan and deliver webinars and roundtables across Europe, managing all logistics and promotion.
• Represent hirify.global at selected industry conferences, managing sponsorships and speaking slots.
• Build integrated cross-channel campaigns across email, performance marketing, and content.
• Define ABM and field marketing KPIs and build dashboards to track performance and insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ABM or field marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of ABM frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience in planning and executing field events.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, compliance, or privacy industries.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
