TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Systems Specialist (CRM): Designing, building, and deploying scalable technical solutions across the GTM tech stack, with Salesforce as its core. Location: This role is based at the company's offices, which include Stockholm HQ, London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Oslo, and Seoul.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and deploy robust, maintainable, and efficient solutions using the full GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, MCAE, and Sales Navigator.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of user stories, from initial technical design to deployment and monitoring changes in production.
  • Review solution designs and code from other team members, ensuring scalability, reliability, and architectural alignment.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and guide integration strategies across various systems as a subject-matter expert.
  • Handle complex technical issues by troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and ensuring the long-term health and performance of delivered solutions.
  • Actively participate in the team's agile processes, including peer reviews of declarative configurations, and contribute to collective ownership and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce solution design and automation, with deep understanding of CRM architecture and integrations.
  • Proven experience supporting B2B sales processes with systems and associated business logic.
  • Demonstrated experience leading CRM system implementations from business requirements to final solution design.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex solutions end-to-end and contribute to integration architecture across systems.
  • Senior-level consultative skills, including guiding architecture discussions, leading requirement intake sessions, and providing technical mentorship.
  • Experience driving larger-scale or complex projects, working independently with ambiguous or evolving requirements.
  • English: B2 required

Nice to have

  • Proven experience implementing B2B SaaS CRM architecture.
  • Technical architecture certification.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or technical lead role.
