Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Dubai or Madrid, or remote anywhere in the EU. Relocation support is offered to Dubai or Madrid.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Tableau or similar dashboards with actionable insights.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL/Python from various platforms.
• Streamline reporting systems for efficiency and accessibility.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior, and assess feature performance for product insights.
• Design and run experiments to guide product decisions and roadmaps.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align analytics with strategic goals.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience in data and product analytics.
• Advanced SQL and Python mastery, including Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Expertise in BI and Product Analytics tools like Tableau/Looker, Amplitude (preferred), Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with a modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow).
• Strong analytical skills for hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and ETL.
• Excellent communication skills and an academic background (Bachelor’s in Stats/Data).
