What you will do

• Work closely with the Program Manager and project teams to deliver mission-critical IT programs.
• Actively participate in Steering Committee meetings, including preparation of pack reporting and governance updates.
• Influence outcomes and strengthen governance across the HealthCare portfolio.
• Help mature PMO practices across the organisation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including financial and progress report reconciliations.
• Ensure time-sheet reconciliation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience as a PMO Analyst in an IT or transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, RAID, and change management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience producing weekly and monthly reports, including financial and progress report reconciliations.
• Time-sheet reconciliation experience and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PMO tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMO/PMBoK, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset.
