TL;DR

Sales Manager (Networking Solutions): Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers for industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment with an accent on market research, commercial offer preparation, and sales goal achievement. Focus on conquering foreign markets and representing hirify.global Networks at exhibitions.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania. Willingness to travel abroad is required.

Salary: 12 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2000 Eur—3000 Eur) pre-tax, with the option to get bonuses.

hirify.global develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems for Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy sectors.

What you will do

  • Contribute to market research, identifying market potential and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent hirify.global Networks and its products.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Good English language skills (both spoken and written) are essential.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.
  • Ambition to generate substantial earnings by conquering foreign markets.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
