What you will do

• Manage end-to-end KOL partnerships across priority geographies.
• Structure scalable KOL deals (CPFTD, hybrid, rev-share) that drive consistent first-time deposits.
• Build and scale an affiliate program focused on Cost Per First Time Deposit (CPFTD).
• Recruit, onboard, and optimize high-quality affiliates and trading focused creators.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance (CPFTD, CAC, ROI).
• Support social media and community initiatives through KOL-led content, AMAs, Spaces, and campaigns.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in KOL, Influencer, Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven experience with CPFTD / CPA-based growth models.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or Web3 preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on performance optimization.
