What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly across social media channels, email, and live chat, maintaining a consistent brand tone and providing high-quality support.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews, providing accurate guidance, de-escalating negative interactions, and flagging sensitive cases according to internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Product, Sales, Tech) to resolve complex issues and escalate bugs/incidents.
- Follow up with customers proactively to confirm resolution and improve satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and investigate reported issues by gathering context and reproducing basic problems.
Requirements
- Experience in fintech (forex/crypto).
- Experience in SMM support or SMM management is a huge plus.
- 1+ years of online customer support experience.
- Excellent written and oral English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage or navigate stressful situations.
- Experienced with using customer service software, tools and databases.
