What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and testers to deliver scalable and efficient testing strategies.
• Participate in weekly scrums and team meetings, adhering to coding standards and promoting continuous learning.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and practices to enhance productivity and software quality.
• Plan, design, develop, automate, and execute test cases for Java-based platforms, both manual and automatic.
• Create and integrate tools to help with testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a QA position (manual and automated testing).
• Proficiency working in Linux environments, including command-line systems.
• Strong experience in testing data collection, data analysis, and data reporting in lab/production environments.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting, Python).
• Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in containerized environments.
• Experience in API Test Automation using tools (e.g. Robot, Junit, Rest Assured, Postman).
• Experience with Automation Framework (e.g. Robot Framework, Selenium).
• Proficiency in using task tracking, project management tools, and QA management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Testrail, Xray).
• In-depth understanding of Wifi, PON, DSL, and telecommunications/networking.
