What you will do

• Lead by example through coding, reviewing, and providing technical guidance with a 50/50 split for coding/managing.
• Shape architecture and design decisions to build scalable systems.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of learning, innovation, and knowledge-sharing.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent, driving performance and career growth.
• Own delivery timelines and quality standards, aligning technical efforts with product and business goals.
• Ensure clear, open communication and alignment across the team and with other departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong coding skills and passion for technology.
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Java, Angular, TypeScript, databases, and DevOps technologies.
• Proactive and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, fully-remote environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• English: Fluent required
