What you will do
- Lead Workday platform administration, configuration, and security architecture across all modules.
- Design and continuously improve Workday business processes to streamline HR operations and support global growth.
- Manage all Workday integrations with payroll providers, benefits systems, and third-party HR tools.
- Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement advanced security configurations and maintain documentation for knowledge transfer.
- Optimize Workday system performance and lead technical troubleshooting for complex issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of deep technical experience configuring and administering Workday HCM.
- Expert-level knowledge of Workday's data model, object relationships, and system architecture.
- Advanced proficiency with Workday business process framework, including complex conditional logic and security.
- Expert-level Workday reporting skills, including custom, advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Strong experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, Workday Studio).
- Deep understanding of Workday security architecture and tenant management processes.
