What you will do
- Develop and deploy intelligent autonomous AI agents for translation platform.
- Build and maintain inter-agent communication protocols for specialized agents.
- Collaborate closely with Product team for rapid prototyping and MVP releases.
- Define and execute AI-driven test cases; maintain unit and integration tests.
- Participate in DevOps activities including CI/CD and containerization for scalable deployment.
- Implement monitoring, safety protocols, and human-in-the-loop workflows for ethical AI operation.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years experience creating and deploying agentic AI systems
- Expert proficiency in Python and AI/ML programming languages
- Experience with iterative product design and rapid software releases.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
- Experience designing inter-agent communication and negotiation protocols.
- Must be located in Greece or able to work hybrid with weekly office presence
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with localization or translation industry tools.
- Understanding of data privacy and security for multilingual text data.
