Location: Must be based in Greece with hybrid work option once per week in office

What you will do

• Develop and deploy intelligent autonomous AI agents for translation platform.
• Build and maintain inter-agent communication protocols for specialized agents.
• Collaborate closely with Product team for rapid prototyping and MVP releases.
• Define and execute AI-driven test cases; maintain unit and integration tests.
• Participate in DevOps activities including CI/CD and containerization for scalable deployment.
• Implement monitoring, safety protocols, and human-in-the-loop workflows for ethical AI operation.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years experience creating and deploying agentic AI systems
• Expert proficiency in Python and AI/ML programming languages
• Experience with iterative product design and rapid software releases.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
• Experience designing inter-agent communication and negotiation protocols.
• Must be located in Greece or able to work hybrid with weekly office presence

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with localization or translation industry tools.
• Understanding of data privacy and security for multilingual text data.
