What you will do

• Design, code, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI agents for our translation platform.
• Build and maintain inter-agent communication protocols for specialized agent collaboration.
• Work closely with the Product team for rapid iteration, prototyping, and frequent MVP releases.
• Define and execute AI-driven test cases, writing high-quality unit and integration tests.
• Be actively involved in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines and containerisation, for scalable deployments.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging systems to track agent behavior and performance.
• Design and implement safety protocols to ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant autonomous decisions.
• Architect workflows that incorporate human oversight and feedback loops for agent training and correction.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience working in software engineering teams delivering customer facing products.
• Expert proficiency in Python and other similar programming languages used for AI/ML development.
• Proven experience with iterative product design and rapid, frequent software releases.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
• Solid experience with writing unit and integration tests and defining AI-driven test cases.
• Practical, deep experience with designing and implementing inter-agent communication and negotiation protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) fine-tuning or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with localisation or translation industry tools and workflows (e.g., CAT tools).
• Understanding of data privacy and security requirements related to handling multilingual text data.
• Knowledge of Django or similar web frameworks.
