What you will do
- Drive global HR strategy, advising the CEO and leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and culture.
- Build and scale HR operations across international locations, ensuring compliance with EU, US, and global labor laws.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Protect and evolve company culture, driving employee engagement, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.
- Lead compensation, benefits, equity programs, and manage HR systems and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Manage employee relations, risk management, and organizational change with professionalism.
Requirements
- Senior HR leadership experience (e.g., CHRO, VP People, Head of HR) in fast-growing, international technology or scale-up environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR globally, ideally from a European HQ.
- Proven experience supporting international acquisitions.
- Strong knowledge of EU labor law and experience working with US and other international HR regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally as the organization grows.

- Proficiency in other languages.
