What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into accurate data models.
• Bridge the data gap between data analysts/scientists and data engineers.
• Develop and implement efficient data pipelines using tools like dbt.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies.

Requirements

• Experience with SQL data querying and manipulation.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Kimball dimensional models.
• Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt core or dbt Cloud.
• Experience with data warehousing in tools such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Python scripting experience.
• Experience with Data Vault.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Experience with Apache Spark or Databricks.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
