• Provide deep technical expertise and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI product implementation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence future AI product development based on customer feedback.
• Ensure successful adoption and maximum value realization of AI solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong engineering background with experience in AI and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, deploying and integrating complex software solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and AI/ML frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English: B2 required.
