What you will do
- Own reliability and availability of core cloud services through automation and monitoring to reduce downtime and improve customer experience.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis to ensure rapid recovery and long-term improvements.
- Architect and implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automation for scalable service management.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed SRE best practices and influence cloud-native service design.
- Develop and evolve observability systems including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
Requirements
- Must work onsite from Prague office.
- Strong experience with highly available cloud services, SLOs, and operational excellence.
- Expertise with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
- Experience with container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or Ruby.
- Deep understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
