Location: 3 days a week from the office, 2 days from home plus flexible working hours

What you will do

• Define global eCommerce, Technical SEO, ASO, AI Search and Content strategies, working with business and marketing leads to reach company goals.
• Establish department budget requirements, manage costs, and ensure resources meet business goals.
• Collaborate with technical, brand, digital PR, and product teams to advance strategic programs, ensuring prioritization and team resourcing.
• Bring revolutionary SEO, ASO, Content Marketing, and AI Search ideas to the role, measuring uplift and success.
• Develop creative concepts with Brand team members to support the new brand strategy positioning.

Requirements

• Expertise in global e-commerce technical SEO, commercial awareness, and experience leading a diverse team.
• Proven track record of implementing ASO strategies that effectively drive organic app installs.
• Experience building content and AI Search strategy and a strong understanding of how this plays into the future of SEO.
• Experience building and delivering large-scale global strategies which generate visits, conversions and reduce reliance on paid marketing investments.
• Experience facilitating complex conversations between departments, and varying levels of management.
• Experience working with agencies (e.g. Digital PR) and leading them towards meeting joint KPIs.
