Technical Support Engineer (Gaming): Providing high-quality 3rd line technical support for the Gaming System, assisting Customer Support Teams, Central Gaming, and partners in multiple locations. Focus on fixing complex and challenging issues with the product, participating in regular configurations of the Gaming System, and communicating with providers to clarify operational requirements.

Location: Hybrid work model, three days in the office and two from home. Must be based in Malta

What you will do

• Learn the Gaming System and underlying business model/processes.
• Provide high-quality 3rd line Technical Support for Gaming System to Customer Support Teams, Central Gaming, and partners in multiple locations (Developers, DevOps, QAs etc.).
• Participate in regular configurations of the Gaming System.
• Communicate with providers/business clarifying operational requirements/conditions.

Requirements

• Expertise in technical support, particularly across 3rd line support to fix complex and challenging issues with the product.
• Knowledge across backend engineering, particularly with C# .NET, microservices, and cloud-based development.
• Frontend engineering skills, especially with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and micro-frontend architecture.
• Experience of working with QA Engineers and understanding of manual and automation testing.
• Understand Agile and Scrum methodologies.
