What you will do

• Analyze user behavior and build models that support personalization, experimentation and product optimization.
• Work primarily in Python, using libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth and Engineering teams to translate insights into action.
• Help design experiments, evaluate results and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• A couple of years experience working with data science or applied analytics
• Strong Python skills and experience working with real datasets
• Comfortable turning business questions into analytical problems
• Able to explain insights clearly and pragmatically
• Enjoys working cross-functionally

Nice to have

• Experience from consumer apps or subscription-based products
• Experience working with experimentation or personalisation use cases
