What you will do
- Architect and execute the transition from sales-led to a product-led growth engine, focusing on activation, retention, and self-service revenue.
- Implement high-velocity experimentation, shipping experiments rapidly and leveraging data to iterate on successful initiatives.
- Work with local teams in Customer Success and Sales across 13 countries to transition them into a Product-Led Sales model.
- Achieve growth, ARR, and retention metrics through ruthless outcome focus and autonomous decision-making.
- Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team to drive value for doctors and influence business leaders with data.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B) with a strong track record of launching and growing successful products.
- Specific experience building PLG flywheels and/or transforming organizations from Sales-Led to Product-Led.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, having launched new products or driven new initiatives, with comfort for P&L accountability.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize product usage data, define evaluation pipelines, and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to make sound judgments on systems, balancing fast, scrappy solutions with strategic infrastructure investments.
- Experience scaling execution across distributed teams and acting as a collaborative force multiplier.
