What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend services, focusing on the content publishing pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Content Operations teams.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure configuration (IAC).
• Monitor system performance and stability, ensuring high standards for efficiency, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute new ideas to improve application build, delivery, and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Solid experience developing and maintaining backend (Java, Spring Boot, Spring AI) and frontend (TypeScript, React) services.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases and schema design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, OpenTofu, AWS CloudFormation).
• Strong focus on system performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Fluent communication skills in English; (German is NOT required).
• Visa sponsorship is available for Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow or process management systems (e.g., BPMN-based tools).
• Experience using Python for automation or AI-related tasks.
