What you will do

• Design, document, and improve end-to-end hiring processes globally with local compliance.
• Own and develop the Pinpoint ATS system, including automation and integrations.
• Build and maintain recruitment data dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Ensure GDPR and local compliance in recruitment processes and data quality.
• Manage relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and partner organizations.
• Lead recruitment-related projects and change initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Cyprus
• 5+ years experience in Recruitment or Talent Operations in global or multi-regional environments.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, preferably Pinpoint.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
